A production update to one of Hearsay's services caused access issues for some customers for 11 minutes. For some users, this manifested in trouble logging in, while Sites utilizing our public API had a greater impact and were unresponsive during this 11-minute period. The service in question was quickly rolled back to a stable version, and the issue was identified to prevent a repeat incident. Hearsay will add increased automated checks to the service in question to ensure stable rollouts of enhanced functionality in the future.
