We have been notified that the videos are now able to play without any issues or error messages. We have tested this in several instances in Hearsay and confirmed videos are playing as expected. Again, thank you so much for your patience while we looked into this matter.

Investigating

We're currently experiencing an issue where videos on Hearsay are not playing and/or throwing an error message. One of Hearsay's third-party vendors who host our videos is experiencing an incident, which they are aware of and are investigating this matter. We will monitor their updates closely and update this incident when we have more information. We apologize for any disruption to your day and will try to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
